The highest speed package available will be ordered if Express, Pro or Elite Package is chosen but not available. | | If your location qualifies for AT&T High Speed Internet, you will receive a confirmation email from AT&T detailing your order usually within 24 hours. We will continue to check availability for your number daily for up to 7 days. If your location does not qualify for AT&T High Speed Internet, we may provide information about other high-speed providers available for your location. If you now have DSL from another provider installed on your phone line, your order cannot be processed until the DSL from the other provider is cancelled and cleared from your line. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The installation materials provided through the self-installation kit or by the service technician will contain the Terms of Service for AT&T High Speed Internet. You should review these Terms of Service before installation by visiting att.yahoo.com/terms. During the installation process, you will need to accept these Terms of Service in order to use AT&T High Speed Internet and continue with installation. If you decline to accept the Terms of Service, you will need to call 1-877-722-3755 to cancel the service within 30 days after service activation to avoid service charges and installation fees.
